Go to Clients → click New Client. Required fields are name and email. The client immediately becomes available for subscriptions and invoices.

Create a Payment record linked to the invoice. The invoice status updates automatically based on total payments vs invoice amount.

  • SuperAdmin — full access including role management
  • Admin — create/edit all records, no role changes
  • Ops — create/edit operational records (invoices, payments, reminders)
  • Viewer — read-only
