Go to Clients → click New Client. Required fields are name and email. The client immediately becomes available for subscriptions and invoices.
Create a Payment record linked to the invoice. The invoice status updates automatically based on total payments vs invoice amount.
- SuperAdmin — full access including role management
- Admin — create/edit all records, no role changes
- Ops — create/edit operational records (invoices, payments, reminders)
